These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AIBlogMax, a content automation platform operated by Ruposhi Global Limited (Company No. 14162541, registered in England and Wales) ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AIBlogMax.

1. What AIBlogMax Does

AIBlogMax is an automated content tool that helps users discover publicly available news articles, generate AI-rewritten content based on those articles, and publish the resulting content to websites and social media channels configured by the user.

AIBlogMax is a technology platform and tool. We do not create, review, approve, or publish content on your behalf. You are the publisher of all content generated through your account.

2. Your Responsibilities

By using AIBlogMax, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
• Not use the service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Review and monitor content published through your account for accuracy and legal compliance.
• Promptly respond to any copyright complaints or takedown requests related to your content.
• Not use the service to publish content that is defamatory, harmful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not attempt to circumvent any content restrictions, rate limits, or security measures.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.

3. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AIBlogMax is created using artificial intelligence. While we strive to produce high-quality, original content:

• AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies. You should review content before it reaches your audience.
• AI-generated content is based on publicly available news sources. Source attribution is automatically included on hosted blog posts.
• AI-generated content may not qualify for full copyright protection in all jurisdictions. We make no representations regarding the copyrightability of AI-generated outputs.
• We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will not bear similarity to existing published works.

4. Source Attribution and Copyright

AIBlogMax automatically attributes the original source of news articles used to generate content. Where available, a link to the original article is provided. This attribution is included to respect the rights of original publishers.

You must not remove, modify, or obscure source attribution from content generated by AIBlogMax.

If a copyright holder notifies us that content published through your account infringes their rights, we will comply with applicable takedown procedures as described in our DMCA Takedown Policy.

5. Hosted Blog

AIBlogMax provides a free hosted blog service. Content published to your hosted blog is publicly accessible. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or data loss associated with the hosted blog service. You are encouraged to maintain your own backups.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

AIBlogMax offers free trial and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You are identified as a repeat copyright infringer.
• Your use of the service places an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure.
• You fail to pay for your subscription.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@aiblogmax.com.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AIBlogMax is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• We are not liable for any copyright infringement claims arising from content you publish through the service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ruposhi Global Limited, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
