DMCA Takedown Policy

AIBlogMax ("we", "us", "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and applicable UK and EU copyright legislation, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

What AIBlogMax Does

AIBlogMax is a software platform that enables users to discover publicly available news articles, generate AI-rewritten summaries, and publish content to their own websites and blogs. We do not create, edit, approve, or publish content ourselves — our users configure their topics and publishing channels, and the platform operates automatically on their behalf.

All AI-generated content includes source attribution crediting the original publisher and linking back to the original article where available.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on or published through AIBlogMax infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice containing the following information:

1. Your full legal name and contact information (address, telephone number, email address).

2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (e.g., title, URL of original article).

3. Identification of the material on AIBlogMax that you claim is infringing, including the specific URL(s) where the material appears.

4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What Happens After We Receive a Notice

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
Notify the user who published the content of the takedown.
Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the takedown was in error.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the DMCA Agent listed above containing:

Your name, address, and telephone number.
Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it appeared.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales, and your agreement to accept service of process from the person who filed the original takedown notice.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, AIBlogMax will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

Publisher Opt-Out

If you are a news publisher and wish to prevent your content from being used as a source by AIBlogMax users, please email publishers@aiblogmax.com with your domain name(s) and we will add them to our exclusion list.
