AutoPoster ("we", "our", "us") operates the autoblog.invtri.com website and SaaS platform. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our service.
When you create an account and use AutoPoster, we may collect:
Account Information: Your email address, name, and password (stored encrypted).
Social Media Tokens: When you connect a Facebook Page, X (Twitter), or LinkedIn account, we receive an access token that allows us to publish content on your behalf. We store these tokens securely and use them solely to publish content as configured by you.
Facebook Data: When you connect via Facebook, we access your Facebook Page name, Page ID, and Page access token. We do NOT access your personal Facebook profile, private messages, friend lists, or any data beyond what is needed to publish to your selected Page.
Usage Data: We collect information on how you use the service, including publishing history, profile configurations, and error logs for troubleshooting.
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
To provide and maintain our service — specifically, to collect news articles, generate blog content, and publish it to your connected platforms (Facebook Pages, websites, X, LinkedIn) as configured by you.
To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and support requests.
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues.
AutoPoster uses the following Facebook permissions:
pages_manage_posts: To create and publish posts on your connected Facebook Page(s) on your behalf. This is the core function of our service.
pages_read_engagement: To read engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares) on posts published through our service, so we can display performance statistics in your dashboard.
pages_show_list: To display a list of Facebook Pages you manage, allowing you to choose which Page(s) to connect to AutoPoster.
We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your Facebook data to any third party. We do NOT use your Facebook data for advertising or profiling purposes. Facebook data is used exclusively to provide the automated posting service you have requested.
We retain your account data and publishing history for as long as your account is active. Social media access tokens are stored for as long as they remain valid and your account is active. You can disconnect any social media account at any time from your dashboard, which immediately deletes the associated access token from our system.
If you delete your account, all associated data (including tokens, publishing history, and profile configurations) will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage of access tokens, HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage is 100%% secure.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by:
Disconnecting your social media accounts from the Channels page (deletes tokens immediately).
Deleting your account from the Settings page (deletes all data within 30 days).
Contacting us at the email below with a deletion request.
Our service integrates with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and various website platforms. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review their policies.
Our service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
